Eden Climber
The Eden Climber rose is widely considered one of the most beautiful climbing roses in the world. It's famous for its old-fashioned, romantic look and exceptional petal count. Bloom Style: Very full, cup-shaped flowers with 55-60 petals per bloom. Color: A soft blend of pastel pink centers that fade to creamy white or light green on the outer petals. Growth Habit- A vigorous climber that typically reaches 8 to 12 feet in height. It has thick, dark green leathery foliage that provides a nice contrast to the pale flowers. Fragrance: It has a very light, subtle tea scent. While not the most fragrant rose, it makes up for it with its visual impact. Hardiness: It thrives in USDA zones 5-9. It loves the heat and performs exceptionally well in warmer climates like California or the South. Training: sturdy canes is best to train them horizontally early on. It would look amazing growing along a fence. Repeat Bloom: Repeat bloomer throughout the season. Design ideas: Because of its heavy blooms, the Eden Rose looks stunning draped over wooden arbors or pergolas, stone walls or the side of a vintage style cottage. Bare Root, Own Root Grade #1, the highest retail grade for roses.
